This large support services organisation is currently looking to recruit an Administration Support Officer to join their office based in Greenwich.
Key responsibilities will include:-
Greeting visitors, answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate member of staff or meeting room Typing Word documents for the team as required Maintaining an electronic filing system and other electronic record keeping systems Drafting simple letters and other documents for the members of the team Creating Excel spreadsheets as required Ordering stationery and other office supplies for the team Managing the meeting rooms, taking bookings and preparing the room before meetings and clearing away afterwards. Preparing refreshments for meeting attendees on request Researching, arranging and booking external meeting spaces and hotel rooms for members of the team Undertaking photocopying and hard copy filing for members of the team on request Managing internal and external post and courier services on request
The successful applicant will have administration experience gained within busy working environments. You should be highly organised with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. Experience of maintaining hard and electronic filing systems and producing simple letters and documents is preferred. You should already hold or be prepared to be trained for first aid/fire marshal qualification. This role is paying c.18K
