THE COMPANY Our Client, Work-fit, are specialists in Occupational Physiotherapy and Ergonomics. They work with a variety of employers, across a wide range of sectors - from multi-national organisations, with their own health and safety officers, to small local enterprises with a handful of employees.
THE ROLE Working as an Administrative Assistant to work in their South Leeds office, the role will involve; supporting the professional staff, booking appointments, typing reports, updating the IT and diary systems, and other administration duties as required by the Office Manager.
ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good standard of word processing. They will be able to manage a busy workload, ensuring that work is prioritised and completed accurately to agreed timescales, whilst delivering high standards of customer service.
This position will initially be for a two year contract, but may be extended. Part time hours will also be considered.
