Survey 58 - "Do you think you get enough/adequate training at work?"
A recent survey from TipTopJob.com revealed that only 42% of employees feel they get enough or adequate training. That leaves 58% who are not happy with what they receive.
If individuals do not receive training that supports and prepares from them from their daily tasks, then not only will the company be affected by wrong doings but individuals will start to feel de-motivated and under valued at work. Companies must realise that training is crucial to productivity and vital for ensuring staff are conducting their job role correctly and efficiently.
