Survey 43 - "Do you find yourself waking up dreaming/thinking
about work ?"
Throughout December, we asked our users about whether they regularly
wake up dreaming/thinking about work.
79% of people say they do wake up thinking about work and dreaming
about what they have done in the day or what they will be doing. Only
21% said they do not.
Is this related to stress and work overload? Well, that is what some
of our respondents believe - they feel that their sleep deprivation
is due to work issues and related stress. Maybe it is time for people
to take a look at their working day and try to make it less stressful,
more structured and enjoyable so we do not keep thinking about work
when we are not there.
