45% Of Employees Eat Chocolate For A Quick Fix To Stress Relief
TipTopJob monthly survey reveals 45% of employees turn to chocolate
for stress relief.
Out of coffee, cigarettes and chocolate – chocolate was ranked number 1. Coffee and cigarettes ranked neck and neck - with 27% of employees saying they jump up to make a strong coffee in order to calm their nerves and 28% admitting they nip out for a cheeky cigarette.
There are only a limited number of solutions to stress relief when
sitting in an office – and TipTopJob can safely say that the
most popular solution by a long shot is chocolate over cigarettes
and coffee.
A TipTopJob employee comments, “No wonder people put on weight
when they work in a stressful office if they always turn to chocolate!!
It may be an idea to get the boss to stock up on chocolate bars for
all the staff!!”
